With over thirty years of experience in both the pricing and marketing of homes, farm, recreation, commercial property and lots, I have actively engaged in the general practice of real estate sales, which includes: Market Analysis, 1031 Exchanges, Selling and the completion of Real Estate Transactions representing both buyers and sellers.

I was born and raised in Le Sueur, Minnesota. With a commitment to the Minnesota River Valley, I joined Morgan Real Estate in 1974, became a partner in 1977 and in 1980 I became the sole-owner of Morgan Real Estate. Being a member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the Southern Minnesota and Saint Paul Area MLS, designations of CRB, CRS, and GRI, I am committed to bringing my clients results with success.
